报告摘要:This report presents a multiscale metabolic modeling framework integrated with surrogate machine learning. By coupling mechanistic metabolic models with data-driven surrogates, the approach accelerates simulation, enhances prediction accuracy, and enables efficient exploration of complex cellular metabolic dynamics across multiple spatial and temporal scales.
报告人简介:Diego Oyarzún is a Professor of Computational Biology at the University of Edinburgh. He leads the Biomolecular Control Group, which focuses on developing computational methods for the analysis of molecular processes in biological cells. Their work has applications in synthetic biology, fundamental circuit design using machine learning/dynamical systems/control theory, as well as drug discovery and DNA sequence design.
