报告摘要(Abstract) :
Two-dimensional (2D) systems propagate information in two independent directions and arise in a wide variety of systems application areas. Particular examples include the analysis of linear iterative circuits, encoding, decoding and image processing, as detailed in literature. Motivated by these applications and systems theoretic questions that cannot be addressed by application of standard linear systems theory, there is a need for computationally feasible stability tests which can be easily extended to the control law design algorithms. In the case of linear dynamics, stability of 2D linear systems described by the state-space models necessary and sufficient conditions for stability can be expressed in terms of the characteristic polynomial, which is defined in terms of two indeterminates but the more complex underlying ring structure means that stability testing and control law design in this domain is often not computationally tractable. During this seminar, all basic aspects in 2D system theory will be presented. The main attention will be paid to establish the LMI condition for (necessary and sufficient) asymptotic stability of 2D linear system and its application for practical systems analysis and design. Illustrative numerical examples will be also given during this presentation to illustrate the developed results.

Wojciech Paszke博士1975年2月出生,波兰国籍,分别于2000年和2005年在波兰的TechnicalUniversity of Zielona Gora和University ofZielona Gora获得电气与电子工程专业的硕士和技术科学博士学位,并于2014年在WroclawUniversity of Technology获得自动控制理学博士学位。2008和2010年在荷兰的EindhovenUniversity of Technology从事博士后研究工作,并先后在荷兰、英国,法国、香港和德国从事合作科研工作。Wojciech Paszke博士目前是University of Zielona Gora系统控制和工程学院教授,并任国际学术期刊Multidimensional Systems and Signal Processing编辑和Journal of The Franklin Institute副编辑,国际会议2012 IEEE Multi-Conference on Systems and Control(MSC2012)的程序委员会副主席。他的研究兴趣主要包括多维系统,重复过程,迭代学习控制和鲁棒控制的凸优化问题,已发表SCI和EI收录论文30多篇。2011-2016期间主持和承担了5项波兰和法国国家自然科学基金项目的研究工作。
